No, in this project we specialize in design services only. The exception is full-service projects, which usually cost 2–3 times more than the base price and involve more than just designers.
Do you accept cashless payments (via the company’s bank account)?
Yes, however, the minimum order amount must exceed $96, as it requires involving other specialists (lawyers/accountants) to prepare contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
Payments below $4 would significantly increase the workload for these specialists.

What does the concept of a “revision round” entail, and why is it limited to just two attempts? We only need to change the phone number for a third time.
A “revision round” is a set of changes that allows significant edits at once—background, headline, phone number, text, image—and this process can be repeated twice.
Each additional round after that is paid.

If I notice a typo in the layout, am I required to pay for it?
No, if the error occurred on our part, we will correct it free of charge for up to 5 years. However, if it involves a change to the product or item name, it is not considered a typo and will require additional payment.

This happens very rarely—according to our statistics, about once in every 400–500 layouts. In such cases, the project management intervenes to resolve the dispute.
If the designer did not follow the brief or violated it, a refund will be issued using the same payment method.

How many design options do you provide?
We offer an option to choose from an unlimited number of design variations for an additional fee, which is 40% of the total design cost for each specific product. If payment is made for a single order only, the client has access to just one design option.
Is translation into Uzbek/Russian/English included in the price?
Unfortunately, translation services are not included in the overall design development cost. The order only covers the designer’s services. Please check with your client manager for pricing and availability of translation services.
Why do I have to pay 100% upfront if it’s my first time working with you?
The rule of full prepayment was introduced to prevent fraud and the practice of “resellers”—individuals or companies who pass orders to contractors while often avoiding payment for their services.
We do offer the option to purchase our services with a 50% prepayment when contracting design services on behalf of a legal entity.
